Session Description
This session will provide an overview of Project Freedom and Decongestion, a clinical legal education program of NDMU-College of Law, and its role in addressing congestion issues in the province of South Cotabato, Mindanao, Philippines. The presentation will begin with a brief introduction covering the project’s background, significance, and objectives. The core discussion will focus on key findings, including the causes of congestion, the strategies implemented under Project Freedom, and an assessment of its impact. The session will conclude with a summary of insights, recommendations for improvement and sustainable decongestion efforts, and a short Q&A segment to engage the audience.
