Dr. Nang Pann Ei Kham is the coordinator of DPAG (Drug Policy Advocacy Group), a Myanmar civil society organisation. Pann Ei has extensive experience and expertise in public health, harm reduction, and drug policy reform work in Myanmar and SouthEast Asia. She dedicates herself in the discussions and development of humane and evidence-based drug policies with diverse stakeholders. In addition to the advocacy work, her strengths include empowering affected communities such as people/women who use drugs, people living with HIV, LGBTQI+, youths and opium farmers.
