Jean Renaldy is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice, based in Singapore.

Jean focuses primarily on private equity transactions. Jean has a wide variety of experience on a broad range of transactions including acquisitions and disposals, financing and general corporate advisory.

Jean also spent time working in the Debt Finance and Capital Markets teams, as well as in our New York office where he worked on private equity and M&A transactions.
