Le Hoang Thanh Truong
LL.M. | Scholar of the French Republic
Truong Le is a legal practitioner with nearly ten years of experience in Vietnam’s market. He is currently serving as the Regional Legal Counsel for a healthcare services group headquartered in Japan. In this role, Truong oversees all legal matters related to the group’s overseas transactional activities across Vietnam, Indonesia, and the U.S. markets.
Before transitioning to his in-house counsel position, Truong spent five years specializing in dispute resolution and international arbitration. He gained extensive experience working at international and multicultural law firms, where he assisted leading multinational corporate clients in both corporate and dispute-related matters.
Truong holds an LL.M. in International and European Business Law from Jean Moulin University in Lyon, France. He was awarded a merit-based full scholarship for his LL.M. by the Government of the French Republic. Additionally, he was among the selected scholars to attend a prestigious advanced course in International Arbitration Law at the Comité français de l’Arbitrage in Paris. He also participated in specialized arbitration training programs at the SIAC Academy.
Truong is an active member of the Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA) and the Young Transnational Institute for Arbitration (ITA).
Beyond his professional engagements, Truong has been invited to participate in international and regional conferences and workshops on pro bono legal work, human rights, social justice, and international arbitration in Singapore, Nepal, Hong Kong, and Vietnam.
