Legal Aid Lawyer – IBJ Myanmar
Nan Sandar Aye has been working as a Legal aid and Pro bono Lawyer started from 2019. Currently she is working with IBJ Myanmar and as a mentor for Lawyers in drugs cases for IDPC drugs policy project in Myanmar. Before she work as a Legal Aid Lawyer, she worked as a teacher and coordinator for youth empowerment programs, schools and IDP students dormitories in Burmese Refugee camps in Thailand for 5 years and back to Myanmar in 2012 and doing education projects in rural areas and founded a non-profit youth empowerment program named “Bridge For All” in Hpa An, Karen State, focusing on Language, computer and work skills. She believe legal Aid Lawyers and play an important role in forming Justice and peace. It’s important to be resilience for our goals for justice.
