Providing Legal Support Services for Juvenile Clients
BABSEACLE, in collaboration with, White & Case LLP and Legal Consultation Center, Faculty of Law Chiang Mai University organized a 2-day workshop on “Providing Legal Support Services for Juvenile Clients” on July 6-7, 2024.
The participants included law students from Chiang Mai University and law students from Australia, who are part of the BABSEACLE International Legal Studies Externship Program.
The workshop focused on developing practical skills and emphasize, ethics and professional responsibility. Participants explored the ethical considerations essential in providing legal support to juvenile clients, ensuring they are equipped with both the necessary technical skills and a deep understanding of their ethical obligations as future legal practitioners.
A key feature of this workshop was its use of interactive teaching methods and hands-on experiences, providing students with both theoretical knowledge and practical insights into the complexities of working with juvenile clients.
